By accessing or using the Ink Calendar dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Ink Calendar provides a web interface to configure and synchronize Google Calendar data with compatible Arduino E-Ink displays. The service is provided "as is" for personal and hobbyist use.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE CALENDAR SYNCING FUNCTIONALITY. BATTERY LIFE ESTIMATES AND DEVICE PERFORMANCE MAY VARY.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ink Calendar or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
